§ SC18-2. Firefighters.

The city shall have the power to appoint as many full-time, paid officers and employees to serve in the Fire Department as the Council may decide. All full-time, paid officers and employees of the Fire Department, except the Fire Chief, shall be appointed as provided in § SC3-4.C of this Charter.
