§ 13.16.030. Occupation of buildings unequipped with required sanitary facilities.

Any person occupying a building or other structure located within the corporate limits of the city as a place of human habitation which is not equipped with the sanitary facilities required by Sections 13.16.010 and 13.16.020 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
