§ 13.16.040. Owners permitting occupation of unequipped buildings.

Any owner or owner's agent, permitting any person to occupy a building or other structure located within the corporate limits of the city as a place of human habitation not equipped with the sanitary facilities required by Sections 13.16.010 and 13.16.020 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
