§ 15.20.050. Permit fee.

A minimum fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) will be fixed for the granting of grading permits by the city council, who shall have the right to adjust the same by resolution.

The funds appropriated may be expended or designated for the purpose of altering or improving downtown plaza, in an amount to be determined by the director of the Department of Infrastructure and Development.
