§ 15.24.540. Sanitation.

All exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The owner shall keep that part of the exterior property which he occupies, lets or controls in a clean and sanitary condition. Every animal owner shall prohibit the accumulation of animal waste which causes offensive odors and/or creates an unhealthful condition.
