The furniture, furnishings, appliances or decorations customarily associated with
the interior portion of residential dwellings shall not be placed on an open porch
or the front yard. Occupant(s) shall receive a notice in the form set forth in Section 15.24.190 of this chapter to remove said furniture, furnishings, appliances or decorations,
within ten days. The notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the property.
If the furniture, furnishings, appliances or decorations are not removed within the
ten-day time period, then the department of neighborhood services and code compliance,
or its designated agents, will remove said items to the Wicomico County landfill.
