§ 15.24.670. Rubbish storage facilities.

A city-approved trash receptacle shall be provided for each dwelling unit or building containing more than one dwelling unit. Apartment complexes or other multifamily dwellings which contract with a privately recognized trash collection agency are not subject to this section. In the event that this provision creates a hardship, the property owner may request an exception from the director of the Housing and Community Development Department.
