§ 15.24.1400. Notice to remove abandoned property.

The city of Salisbury's housing official is authorized to notify the owner, as defined in Section 15.24.530 of this chapter, of the property, as determined by the official tax rolls of the city of Salisbury, to remove or properly dispose of the abandoned property from the subject property.
