§ 15.26.080. Transfer of title.

Latest version.

Prior to transfer of title for a residential dwelling unit, the transferee shall file a registration form, under oath, with the department of finance, stating the residential occupancy status of the property and agreeing to comply with city occupancy and registration provisions.
