§ 1.04.010. Adoption of code.

The Charter, the ordinances and certain resolutions of the city of Salisbury, of a general and permanent nature, adopted by the council of the city of Salisbury, as revised, codified and consolidated into chapters and sections by Book Publishing Company and consisting of the Charter and Titles 1 through 17, together with an appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Salisbury Municipal Code," hereinafter known and referred to as the "code."
