§ 1.08.190. Absentee ballot—Who may vote.

    Any registered voter who is an employee of the county board, including any judge appointed under this chapter who, as a condition of his employment on any election day, is required to be absent from the precinct in which he is registered to vote and who chooses to vote shall cast his vote by an absentee ballot provided by the county board.

    B.

    A registered voter may vote by absentee ballot under this section if the voter is unable for sufficient reason to be present and personally vote at the polls on election day.
