§ 3.04.030. Form of claim—Contents.

Latest version.

All claims for refunds under this chapter shall be made in writing and addressed to the director of finance. The claim shall specify the date of such erroneous payment and the amount thereof and shall detail the reasons why the payment is believed to have been made erroneously. All such claims shall be verified by the affidavit of the claimant.
