§ 2.32.020. City purchases and sales controlled by director of procurement.

  • Except for contracts to sell public debt securities, the director of procurement shall control all city purchases and sales and shall make or approve all city contracts for all supplies, materials, equipment or services needed by all offices, departments, institutions, boards, commissions and other agencies controlled by the city, which are supported wholly or partly by city funds, hereinafter in this chapter called the "using agencies."
