§ 8.16.050. Scavenging.

It is unlawful for anyone to disturb any Refuse or recycling containers or to remove their covers or any contents thereof, except the occupants of the premises on which the containers are placed or their duly authorized agents or the duly authorized employees or agents of the City of Salisbury.
